1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

We source our products globally to bring you the best trends at the best prices. Because of this, shipping times depend on your location.

3. Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

• You can also track your package directly on our website using our [Order Tracking Page].

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Trendify Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately  with your order number.

• If an item arrives damaged, please include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a free replacement or refund for you right away.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, which means there is a very small window to change or cancel an order. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
